Dan Hargett is the Founder and CEO of Roka Partners, a real estate investment and operating platform he launched in 2024. The firm is focused on building a disciplined, fully integrated platform across the markets where people live, work, and connect.

Dan brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to founding Roka, he began his career at Goldman Sachs in acquisitions and later served as a Principal at Rebkee, where he played a key role in the firm’s growth over a 19-year tenure.

As CEO, Dan leads the firm’s strategic vision, with a focus on investment strategy, capital formation, and platform growth. He is committed to building a disciplined organization that delivers strong performance while developing high-performing teams in a collaborative, accountable environment.

Dan serves on the Board of Directors of Chesapeake Bank and previously served on the board of Christchurch School. He is a member of the Virginia Council of CEOs, the Richmond Real Estate Group, and the VCU Real Estate Center.

He holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a degree from Randolph-Macon College. Originally from Kilmarnock, Virginia, Dan lives in Richmond with his wife, their four children, and two dogs.
